Worst experience I have ever encountered will never use this facility ever again for a function a couple of rude employees who are full of lies and should be sacked for their rudeness and a costly price for a dirty function room that you have to use dirty tablecloths after another booking has been squeezed in on your day so they can make more money and floors with food dropped on it that they don't remove because they only vacuum once a month they should be shut down for health and safety reasons on the plus side the food served to us was excellent big ups to the chef and also one newer staff member Leanne who went out of her way to assist us in order to make our evening a great success she needs to be the permanent duty manager she is an absolute gem..... because of the way we were treated at our function 3 other persons who were looking at this place for their upcoming functions have decided to look elsewhere as they were absolutely shocked at the treatment we received at ours my advise to anyone looking to book here plz don't you will be so disappointed as were we ....and we are a pretty easygoing...

Attended as a guest of a fairly small wedding function (57 guests) To Summarize the venue: Food was great! Buffet meal, but cleared/ taken away to early. Some guests missed out on dessert. venue forgot to bring out nibbles for guests whilst waiting for wedding party. Did bring them out when reminded, but rather late. we were unaware of the broken air-conditioning unit , until we asked as there, as far as we knew, was no other ventilation. It was a stinking hot day. no water for the tables, until asked, then we had to do it. venue forgot to bring out bubbles and glasses for toasting the bride and groom, until asked. Then it was like a major inconvenience to supply these, with eye rolling and defiance from the function manager on shift, who didn't even know how many people were attending the function and asked me. ?? What ?? dishes not regularly cleared from tables, but this improved later in the evening as think they got an extra staff member in to help out.

All and all I WOULD NOT recommend as a good place to hold a large function unless they improved staff levels, communication and...

Modern looking club. My wife and I went for a meal on Sunday evening. We are both members of our local RSA and signed in at the door as visitors to the club. We approached the bar and presented our RSA membership cards to the barman. He dutifully checked these before serving us. Well done. We placed our drink orders however they had run out of Shiraz and the Export 33 on tap had also run out. Have never experienced this at our local club.....perhaps attention to detail needed in relation to ordering of alcohol supplies. We chose our 2nd choice drinks and then sat down. We ended up moving tables to another area of the bar ( dining room not open) due to the noise from a particular table, so we could chat and enjoy our evening without the local public bar atmosphere. The meals we ordered were very nice and they were quick with service. Interesting that the kitchen closed at 7pm though. Overall we had a good night and would go back again...
