Domino's Pizza Massey — Restaurant in Henderson-Massey

Ordered a New Yorker pepperoni and an extra large apricot chicken for pickup at 840pm Sunday 9th August 2020. Arrived on time workers where swearing at each other in Hindi and making rude remarks towards the previous female customer who obviously didn't understand the language. It's my mother tongue so I know exactly what was said. I ignored it as this is the normal attitude from nearly all migrant Indian workers in NZ.

On to the food or lack thereof, no pepperoni in the New Yorker and no chicken in the apricot chicken. They were not busy when I arrived to pick up my order yet they all had time to comment on the previous ladies behind while I stood in front of them waiting to be served.

I live out by Bethels Beach which is a good 40 mins away from this particular Domino's. I didn't find out about the food until I was home. I would have let everything slide if the food was correct.

I won't ever be back to this absurd and joke of a restaurant.

To the owner you need to train and educate your staff on their service and attention to detail and attitude. One word...

Been here a handful of times since moving to the area and every single time our order has been wrong. We only order two pizzas at a time but somehow something is always left off (including the base sauce one time). Another time, I got to the store to pick up our pizzas, was told they were running late (understandable, that happens sometimes), waited for 15mins, asked again and was told they were still being cooked. Another 15 minutes passed and I was told our pizzas had been burnt....they cooked new ones which I left with (45 minutes after arriving at the store) without checking only to get home to find they were undercooked and extremely doughy. Tonight the two pizzas came home and were cold, had barely any topping, texture was like cardboard. I'm not one to complain normally but they just tend to have a lack of respect at this store...terrible customer care. ...

Absolutely hideous! Apart from the absolute disgrace from your front of house staff (not the poor guy down the back doing all the work) to start you forgot our chips so reheated the pizzas while waiting for YOUR mistake, ordered chicken bites in the mini box’s got wedges instead, so clearly would NOT have ordered chips if we knew we were receiving wedges 🤷🏽‍♀️ DROPPED the pizzas on the FLOOR when the chips were eventually ready UNBELIEVABLE! , OH and to top it of got 3 choc orange ice creams when we ordered 3 salted caramel mousse! how embarrassing! Can’t wait for our refund! You should be ashamed of yourselves. And to the poor lady that came in and ordered pizza after us and commented how rude you were, maybe time to have a rethink! I can’t wait for you phone call, as all respectable business/ franchise owners in New Zealand would make...
