Domino's Pizza Silverdale — Restaurant in Hibiscus and Bays

I had a very bad experience and unacceptable behaviour from the manager and staff a while ago around 5pm. I have called silverdale branch twice (4:17 and 4:19pm) to place my order and when I was in the shop to pick it up around 5pm. Nothing has been done. I asked for the manager or owner to explain what happened, they gave me a very rude reply and even threatened me that they will call the police. What a rude and morally defaming action they have done. I went home very dissappointed and traumatized. I came back to the shop and asked nicely what's his name (manager) to formally file a complaint. And he answered back that they don't give names and told me he will call the police. While the manager was calling the police, another guy not on uniform showed up from the back. I asked him if he was the owner and if I could speak to him and relay my incident. He asked me to discuss the incident to him outside the shop. After, relaying the incident. The owner apologised and tried to resolve the issue .To cut the story short, I felt that they were not apologetic and rather arrogant to what they have done and the owner even tried to defend the wrong actions of his staff which I find very alarming. Very BAD...

This place is an absolute scam. Just ordered 3 LARGE traditional pizzas with 2 sides, and the reality is shocking. The pizzas are about 15cm, maybe 20cm—what any other place would consider small or medium at best! The sides? Burnt onion rings, with only 4 or 5 sad-looking pieces, and the cheesy bites look like they went through the wash and shrunk compared to the photos. I will never be ordering from here again, and I strongly advise you to steer clear if you want to avoid...

Cost 15 bucks for the my domino’s and u get a tiny handful of chips with it as per photo least expect it too fill the hole! The deal they have for 2 pizzas and two sides only lets u select a garlic bread at no extra cost and u can’t select anything else u have to upgrade and u pay an extra $2 for crunchy chips and get them like this battered and barely full. Times are tough scrape together to get a takeaway and u they scrap on what they give u. Make it worth...
