Domino's Pizza Silverdale — Restaurant in Hibiscus and Bays

Ordered 9 pizza for my family. Picked it up, got home and my pizza order was completely wrong. Not what I ordered. I phoned to speak to someone. They didn't apologize and told me they would remake the pizzas and deliver it straight away, giving an estimate of 25 min. An hour later no pizza. I phoned them up and the workers had left and the night shift started. They hadn't remade my pizza nor delivered anything nor did they pass any information to the night manager so he had no idea what I was talking about. Absolutely terrible service. They actually messed up my pizza the last time I ordered but I ate it anyway and gave them the benefit of the doubt, but now I will not be ordering from there ever again. ...

I've been hesitant to order from Domino's ever since the Orewa branch opened and heavily disappointed, but thought I'd give Silverdale a chance. The pizza was just as greasy as it was in Orewa, tasted very low-quality, and was quite literally dripping with grease. The restaurant itself is dark and unwelcoming. You also may as well forget the concept of 'service with a smile'...

Placed an online order at 4.25 to pick up at 4.45 after work. Lost my order somehow. Another 35 minute wait to redo. Staff just awesome though but would have been nice to get a freebie or voucher for an apology. Live an hour away so made...
