Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hibiscus and Bays

Last night our neighbors ordered from here, the driver got a couple of orders mixed up so it ended up that they got a couple extra free pizzas which was too much for their family. So they brought them around to us. I have two reasons I am giving 5 stars;

1. The fact that when they realised they had messed up the orders they just gave the extra ones for free anyway & were really good about it.
2. The new sourdough bases were AMAZING! This new formula for the crust is deliciously dense & chewy but still light and you can see the bubbles from rising on the underside so nice & fresh! The one suggestion I will make however is the most amazing pizza we have had in NewYork had a fair amount of char on the edges & underside - these tiny burnt bits add a certain amount of bitterness that results in a super tasty pizza flavor - if the pizzas we had were left in the oven just a bit longer they would be next level amazing!!! Wow is all I can say for what pizza's we got from Pizza Hut Silverdale, the presentation and the fillings were awesome, I mistakenly ordered via the app and placed it with the Silverdale store, when it was supposed to be the Whangaparaoa store instead, as my husband had gone to the Whanga store and was told I didn't place an order, I just didn't check what place I order from when placing the order, but thankful for that mistake, or else I would never have known the excellence in what they serve and especially how they serve their pizzas. Myself and my whole whanau were so happy to see the toppings, which is way different to how it looks at the Whangaparaoa store, so from now on I will be ordering from Silverdale.. Very poor service tonight, ordered for food to be delivered for 7.15 was not delivered till almost 8, I called to discuss where it was at 7.20 and the lady on the phone was instructed to take down my order again when I questioned it she asked ( I assume the mangment) why she was writing it down he then replied because we cannot find her order. This is not good service they completely lost my online order and then tried saying that he went out to deliver it but forgot the sides and he came but to grab them thats why they couldnt find it which i find is ridiculous. I had to ask for some sort of compensation all I was given is a 5 dollar 1L coke. Which I find is not fair compensation. I would like to be refunded for this.i will not be eating from...
