Coffee HQ Taihape — Restaurant in Manawatū-Whanganui

Stopped by as I was in need of a coffee as part of our long journey back up to Auckland. Ordered a large cappuccino and my colleague ordered a large flat white with almond milk. Unfortunately we drove off before tasting them. I can honestly say it was one of the nicest coffees I have had in a long time. My colleague who travels a lot and has coffees on the road frequently also said the same thing. We come through Taihape 3 times a year to participate in a sport. The lady there was very nice, and there was a very good selection of coffee. the price for the size of the cups is a little steep but pretty average for nowadays. The milk was very hot and a bit burnt but that's ok for people that like that. the espresso itself uses revive beans and so isn't the best tastes a bit under extracted and needs sugar. overall it's good for stop over and travel coffee but I wouldn't...
