Went in on a busy night to eat, we were told it'd be at least an hour wait time so we opted to order our food as take out instead. We got told it would be half an hour. We ordered, went home and waited. And waited. And waited. An hour later we call them to check on our order's progress and got told its ready and waiting. When we got our food it was cold, like it had been standing there for quite a while. They must have forgotten to call us to notify us our food is ready.

When it came to the quality of food: gobsmacked. We paid over $100 for 4 adults and one child meal and got something you could have picked up from a stale petrol station food cabinet. The two meat lovers pizzas we dry, the filling was in the centre of the pizza only, overwhelmingly tasted of anchovies and of course cold. The child's burger meal was also cold, the lettuce slimy and limp. The noodle salad which charged $6 extra for chicken was underwhelming, and way overpriced. The only remotely tasty meal was the lamb shank (albeit cold too). The seasonal veges and mash tasted and looked like something out of a frozen meal from the supermarket sadly.

All in all: very disappointed and will not be going back. I hope this place was this bad due to the fact they were busy and that this is not their normal...

I am not one for writing bad reviews but… From the start my husband and I took both of our Mums out for mothers day dinner with my dad also,

  1. whilst getting drinks (being served by the retiring manager) one of them was a gin and tonic, she said I would give you lemon but that means I’d have to go and cut one up. I know we was early for diner but online it said the bar opened at 4 we got there at 4:40. The reason we came here was because they had more GF options on the online menu, so one of the dinners ordered was the crispy noodles GF option. We wasn’t told until being served they there was no GF noodles. So we wasn’t charged the extra fee for the GF noodles but when asked if we could have a couple of chips instead we had to pay for them even though we didn’t get and noodles at all but still paid for the full nonGF meal. At the door there was a sign about how every mother having a dinner gets a free desert, failed to say only 1 mum per table. There was Three mums at our table and they wouldn’t Honour it only 1 per table she said. Other than that the food wasn’t to bad we thought the pricing was ok just the overall experience was ruined by miss information and a grumpy Restaurant manager that...

Ordered T/A meals this is our 3rd time ordering here. We're local so we thought we'd try it out, our first experience was bad we ordered $80+ of pizzas garlic bread and fries the pizzas were burnt and hardly anything on them we brushed it off and gave them another chance so we ordered again and our second experience we decided not to go with pizzas, our burgers and fish n chips were amazing so tonight we ordered the same fish n chips and burgers it was really disappointing ordered over the ph they said the wait was 20min I said fine I called them back an hour later to see if my meals were ready, they had been sitting under a heat lamp for 15-20min they were dry and our deserts were a joke burnt on the tops with a small teaspoon of cream, I could clearly see that they were under staffed I'd highly reccomend trying to hire more staff or don't take orders knowing you can't deliver to a high standard. As a local we like to support all local, unfortunately we won't be returning until something changes I won't be recommending to others until...

Where do I begin? It was incredibly dark and the young staff were very insistent and it felt a bit confrontational while trying to order from the menu. I ordered the lamb shank and while the lamb itself was well cooked (the sauce left much to be desired), the ‘fresh seasonal vegetables’ were in fact quite obviously frozen supermarket veggie mix that they obliterated with either a microwave or boiling. They were complete mush and inedible. I received a new bowl after asking for freshly prepared veg, but it was the same mix just less blasted and very watery. I would absolutely NOT recommend coming here.
