This cafe is a little gem. Friendly smiling ladies providing fast and efficient service. Their eggs Benny is certainly on point and it's up there with the better ones available in and around Whangarei - the hot plates are a nice touch that many others do not provide. Nice. Mustn't forget to mention the coffee... These ladies can make coffee, no question about that! I feel that D5 is going to be our go-to when in the southern...

I’m glad we have D5 in Whangarei, another great spot to hang out with friends.

It’s a pet friendly cafe and we don’t have to sitting with winds and rains, like having brunch in those cafes...
