I placed my order and was told that one of the items (coleslaw) included in my order was not available because they had run out. This would have been ruffly about 8pm. So it was replace by small chips but I already had chips included in my order anyway. I also asked and paid for an extra roll. After placing my order and waiting along side three other customers also waiting for there orders ahead of me one of the customers approached the counter enquiring how much longer her order was going to be because shed notice the other two customers after her had received their orders first and were leaving. The staff member proceeded to request assistance from another staff member whom replied i thought you were doing it..and the response back was oh i thought you were doing it. Ok so obviously no one was one was doing it.They apologized to the customer but now had to explain to her and the rest of us that they had run out of chicken so there was going to be a wait. Then one of the customers that had just walked out with his order returned. Letting the staff member know that two of his items werent there but that 2 wraps had been put into his bag by misstake only to be told the items he wanted werent available so thats why they replaced with the wraps. So customer was not offer cash refund and had no choice but to accept the wraps and left. Two seconds later his wife walked in asking if they had spoons because there weren't any in the bag to eat their mashed potato. The lady before me and myself received our orders an left. I drove home looking forward to enjoying my fkc but the chicken wasn't cooked properly. I bit into my chicken and notice it was still alittle raw so i spat it out and through it away. I then checked out another piece, drum stick and although it was cooked the herbal batter coating was so salty that it was discussing. Also when i was plating my meal i realized that my second roll had not been added. I don't live in huntly so it was way to late to return to kfc and because live quite a distance away from huntly in the bin it went. I was and am still very disappointed in my whole kfc experience as a customer. Terribly cooked food or should I say non cooked salty chicken and missing food. I put this down to staff lack of concentration or interest in following and fullfilling customers orders.    Read moreThe lady who was working the drive-thru window although she was polite when taking my order was rude and ignorant when I came to the window. She had turned her back on to me while I was waiting to explain that I needed to pay for my order using 2 separate cards and it wasn't until she realized I hadn't paid yet that she turned around to look at me and then when I indicated I needed to use 2 different card's she rolled her eyes as if I had made her job difficult. Then she tossed my order out the service window and then slammed it b4 I could say say sorry for the inconvenience and turned her back on me again. I also noticed she had done the same thing to the customer who was in the car in front of me where she ignored him also even though I could clearly hear him saying excuse me numerous times b4 getting annoyed and driving back around & coming back thru the drive-thru again..People like her shouldn't be working the drive-thru if she can't be pleasant though the whole process. I am of Eroupean decent but that woman gives the rest a bad name and also KFC Huntly a bad look. I've had more respectful service from the Maori's than what she offered that night and...

After placing my order i was told to park my car in the carpark, and a staff member would bring my order out to my car.
After waiting 40 minutes for my order i ended up going in to the store and asking about my order.
I was told they weren't sure why they had forgotten to make my order. The staff looked confused. As i stood at the service counter a man walked in to the restaurant with a kfc bag, and said that he didn't order a boneless meal.
I saw a staff member take the boneless meal out of his kfc bag and put in into my kfc bag.
I told the staff i wanted a refund. Unhygienic, where are the health and safety standards? Below par health and hygiene standards from the evening kfc staff members.
No apologies from staff. Lack of organization among the staff. Extremely poor service. I won't be returning to the Huntly...
