Really really good Indian food. First time trying on Friday and then ordered again on Saturday. Closest thing to authentic Indian food I've eaten this side of Auckland CBD but in a way still quite distinct and makes me like it more than some of the places on Sandringham Rd. The breyani was lovely and flavoured as well as some I've eaten in Rajasthan - still different to our South African ones but it was exceptionally satisfying. (It's what sent me to an Indian restaurant on Fri night- too lazy to make it). Lamb seekh was the best I've eaten - the quality and flavour just beautiful, chicken tandoor delicate, moist and beautiful! We ordered vegetarian the next day and all lovely again and passed the taste test by my vegetarian mum! Thank you to the chef and yay to good non western food in the quieter parts of the Waikato! I never buy Indian food that doesn't taste better or similar than my families food which means I will be back here again - most...
Read moreI was surprised that Uber Eats was available for this business, especially in my town of Huntly which was unheard of, so I decided to try the service out.

From order to delivery was a total of 45mins, full marks to the uber driver as he was friendly and very well presented.

The restaurant was quiet but there was a steady stream of takeaway customers so that’s a good sign. The service was prompt and attentive (we had an infant and two kids under seven so had special needs) but the food... OMG!... If you like Indian and are passing by then you should definitely stop. Of all the dishes we tried—butter chicken for the kids, lamb vindaloo for us—my favourite was actually the naan. And that is saying something as naan is naan, right? Wait until you’ve tried their naan and you’ll know what I mean. Anyway, I would recommend this place. I have already recommended this place to several...
