I have visited McDonald's on many occasions through out NZ placed orders for our company staff meals never have I experienced such shocking, lack of service and professionalism from any other franchise such as the particular restaurant, I have had takeaway salads served to me with no lids as they had run out, burgers that could not be served due to no deliveries of the meat, ice cream being out of stock again no order received in time, which clearly shows management is not doing their job and on three occasions using the drive though sat there for acknowledgement asking for assistance multiple times and been ignored and being told to "JUST DRIVE THROUGH MAN" after expressing my concerns of not being attended to and having two other vehicles drive in after me in the other lane and get served and I'm still sitting waiting to be acknowledged. This restaurant is amateur and lacks management and an embarrassment to the McDonald's ethos and franchise. I can understand maybe the once but when this shocking service is consistent. You have to ask is this being managed properly. To date I am still waiting to hear from the franchise owner to discuss my complaints and details that where left with the acting Manager "Varna" nearly two weeks ago. Read moreFood was very slow yet still the chips were old and soggy, and my burger tasted like it had been sitting in the fat at the bottom of the warmer for too long. My drink had no ice and was flat so seemed like maybe was one from earlier that had been sitting ages. Tables are dirty, could smell the toilets from the table we were at. The playground was absolutely filthy, to the point my two year old easily walked up the sticky toddler slide on her two feet and it smelled. When I asked for ketchup the guy argued, twice, that he already put two in the bag - there were five of us, including three kids so two packets of ketchup was clearly not going to cover it. Gave us chicken nuggets instead of a cheeseburger in one of the happy meals. Read moreI ordered some food through Uber Eats last week to have dinner at work with my co-workers. They left out four drinks and an entire burger. When I called the store, they refused to sort anything out, claiming they were just a third party—even though they were the ones who made the mistake. They even tried to blame the driver for not checking, despite sealing all the orders themselves. My co-worker ended up sitting there without any food. Today, my family ordered through Deliver Easy, and this time I decided to check the order in front of the driver. Sure enough, they had left out our 10-piece chicken nuggets. Thankfully, our driver kindly went back and brought them to us. These two incorrect orders happened within a week.
