We hardly ever go to have Macca's. It's a treat for the little ones who get excited over the happy meals. However, it's the same poor service when we go there. Tonight, was the worst. We were asked to park up as we went through the drive through. Two other cars were parked waiting for their meals. This is 2 happy meals we are waiting on. Car after car pull up to the window and collect their meals and off they go. Then the other car in the car park goes. Then more in the drive through collect and go. I'm seeing happy meals as well. Next car goes in the car park. We are definitely next. But no, it's the other car waiting after us gets their meal. Now I'm heated and my kids excitement is replaced with hunger. As I go to have a word. The girl who served us at the first window came out with our order. I don't want to take it out on her, she apologizes for the wait. I bite my tongue and take the kids home to eat their Macca's. I have never written a review other than to praise businesses but this is so wrong and it has happened multiple times before, this time it was beyond a joke. The meals cost an arm and a leg. At least have some proper planning in place....

During my recent visit, I encountered staff behavior that I found to be both dismissive and unprofessional. Two workers at the front desk completely ignored me while I was waiting for service. When I tried to get their attention by saying "excuse me," one responded without looking at me, stating, "I am busy." After waiting approximately 10 minutes, another male staff member approached and acted in a similar manner. Additionally, I observed two female staff members having a meal in the customer seating area, putting their feet on seats where customers dine, which is highly unprofessional. When I attempted to ask a question about my order, they did not even acknowledge me.
This level of service is unacceptable and falls far below the standards I expect from McDonald's. I believe that proper training and supervision are necessary to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and receive efficient service.

   Read moreYesterday my husband and I ate in at WOA McDonalds. The first thing I noticed was how unclean it was. Seats hadn't been taken down of the tables and it was nearly lunchtime. Floors and behind the customer service desk needed a good wipe down, the whole place did. Staff came in about 11.30am and straight into serving, their uniforms looked unkempt, food was slapped together, our burgers looked like a 2yr had made them. My daughter worked at McDonalds years ago and the standard of customer service, cleanliness and pride in ones works certainly has dropped considerably since then. Definitely need some training in hygiene practices as I don't recall any of the staff that came on board at 11.30am washing their hands. This has got to be the worst McDonald's I...
