Pizza Hut Te Ngae — Restaurant in North Island

I ordered a XL supreme and 8 chicken wings online. I went to go pick up my order. Drove about 1km back home to find out they made me a meatlovers, Knowing that a Supreme is a bit more expensive, I drove back to correct my order. They asked if I could wait 30min. I was hungry and getting impatient so I decided to keep the meat lovers pizza. So I stand there looking at the clerk and he says to me "what else do you want" I said my change. He said to me "No because you ordered online" Now I'm getting peed off at this guy. I told him the Supreme pizza is dearer than the meat lovers. So after he's doing 5min of research, He finally clicks and gives me my change. He tried to apologize but I just walked out. The staff and service is horrible. I waited at the counter to order, staff continues to do what she was doing infront of me without even looking at me, I had to call her, then attended with a sour face as if I was asking some favours from her. Nil greeting or a smile on her face. Then I went back to collect same staff was at the counter looked at me did not say a word , I waited for 7 minutes which I timed then when turned around and got me the pizza which was already in the box ready to pick up. Pizza Hutt Te Ngae Rd Rotorua is SO slow!! Waited an hour for three pizzas! Countless other customers waited longer, I would never recommend going there ever! It would've been slightly more tolerable if the team there communicated honestly with customers about the wait times and weren't rude and confrontational when asked for information or refunds.
