I think we had an average curry years ago from here, or maybe we were just put off by the reviews for years.
But we have brought takeaway 3-4 times in the last few months and enjoyed all the dishes including chicken korma, garlic naan, chefs special chicken curry, lamb korma, chicken biryani, tandoori chicken, and garlic tikka.

Although the chicken was well cooked the sauces for all three curries we bought were really bland and flavorless. Somehow managed to make steamed rice also flavorless as well. Butter chicken was too sour (too much tomato paste?) and the jalfrezi had a random mix of non standard vegetables in it which were crunchy and just seemed weird and out of place. The saag paneer was ok as were the Naans. Butter chicken was swimming in oil, and tasted very different from any other BC Iāve had
Chicken curry had good flavour, but both curries had way too much oil and stingey on meat
Iām usually satisfied with a foodcourt butter chicken, so my bars rather low but spices still need to up their game to...
