Subway — Restaurant in North Island

Worst Gluten Free service I asked for a Gluten Free wrap- Is that without onions was the reply!! It didn't get better after that. They couldn't tell me if any of the meat was gluten free and offered only lettuce. Didn't offer to toast the wrap or melt the cheese. Didn't know which sauces were glutten free and after asking twice I finally was given their list of gluten free products . The wrap was more or less thrown at me. Very rude custom service and...

Really bad. We got into the store, no staff to be seen anywhere, lids off of ALL ingredients and flies buzzing around it all.. server was extremely rude, slapped the sandwhich together without a care in the world, put complete wrong sauce on our sub and said "is that ok?" Well it was going to have to be wasn't it. He was so rude I didn't want to get him to make a new sub for fear of him throwing it together worse than the last. awful...

I had a new girl on, tonight in Taihape. She was super quiet and obviously a little new to the job...

Her supervisor was in the background on his phone not even helping her at all. Felt super bad for her considering how well she was doing. He hasn't trained her properly in salad making (salad hadn't been cut up properly etc) but I wasn't too fussed about that.
