Subway — Restaurant in North Island

Worst customer service ever. Jasmine was the most disgusting and arrogant CSR. We felt she's being racist. We just told her that we're still deciding for the menu, she can serve other customers. And after that when we went to her, she was staring at us like she wanted to kill us, and that was the horrible vibe we ever felt. Last night approximately 6.30pm my husband, 1 year old child and myself brought dinner from subway dargaville, whilst our order was getting put together, one if the staff (will not go into detail) moped the floor. BUUUT! what she done was, tipped the whole bucket if water all over the floor, swished the mop through it and LEFT IT!! the floor was flooded all through the doorway all the way into the restraunt. I was not happy at all with how the cleaning was done as it was a MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD. Please...

Poor service from owner, asked for something on the menu, a new special, got given something else. Asked for what I ordered, got a big speech about how thats it what they do, however I received something sub par. When I questioned it again She still put up a fuss.
