First time getting fish and chips from here due to convenience, however, will be the last time. Customer service was not welcoming, and although my meal was ready, their eftpos machine did not work three times, they stated that my card declined, although it clearly mentioned try again. They then asked me to go to the diary next door to withdraw, knowing you would have to buy something to get cash out. Now, this may seem easy, however i was not impressed by this. Always ask about the Specials here. I ordered 3 pieces of hoki, 2 pineapple fritters and a scoop of chips and was charged about $27 for this. When I went into the shop to pick up my takeaways I saw a sign that included all of that plus 1 more piece of fish and 2 sausages for only $18. When I asked about this 2 of the staff (possibly owners) came yelling at me. I didn't want the extra fish or the sausage but questioned how they could charge me $9 more for considerably less food.
