I am somewhat on the fence about how to review this place - not that I have anything negative to say about it - on the contrary, i actually couldn't find anything to fault. It's just that this is one of those places, that when you find something this good, you tend to want to keep it a secret so that no one else runes it for you. But then again, that would be really very selfish of me; and actually I would really like for nothing more, than this place to be as popular and renowned as it can be, so that everyone from far and wide can come and experience for themselves just how good this place actually is. The following statement is not made lightly and is by no means an exaggeration of any kind - Pizza Factory is literally the best pizza that I have ever eaten in my entire life. The pizzas are absolutely exquisite!! The atmosphere in the place can also only be described as refreshingly lovely with the nicest soft Italian music playing in the background. The dining room tables all have games set out for people to enjoy and engage with each other, making for a great time of fun together for patrons, instead of being distracted by the temptation to pass the time or boredom by aimlessly scrolling through social media or playing mobile games. The sense of human engagement with reciprocal chatter and cheerful laughter really fills the air, and is reminiscent of a former and better time gone by. The aroma of the woodfire pizza-bread baking in the ovens, literally draws you in from the street. The staff are also all really amazing, really friendly, and so very kind - greeting everyone with a smile and serving patrons with a greatly dignified sense of hospitality. lastly, I am always also extremely critical about the cleanliness of a food establishment - so it is really such a pleasure to be able to report that this place is also really very clean - from the open plan kitchen with the visible food preparation areas and wood fire ovens, to the area with the dining room tables, and also the restrooms. Honestly, one would think that they paid me to write this review, but all I can say is just that i can truly, hand-on-heart, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some really good pizza and a really good time out with some good...

The Pizza is really good which is a shame because unfortunately we have had three bad experiences out of the four times getting pizza from here 😢 but have given it the benefit of the doubt each time.

The first time I went in and ordered, my order was forgotten twice so was sat there an hour and a half waiting for my pizzas. They apologized.

Second time we ordered we got delivery, they had just introduced a new pizza oven and unfortunately our pizzas arrived with charcoal all through it and it was inedible. They sent us new pizzas which was fine.

Then we just ordered last night, chicken and pizzas, pizza was amazing got to the last 3 pieces and I went to grab a piece and found 2 large hairs that were obviously none of ours. I rang let them know and they said they will make us more pizza, I politely declined as we had pretty much finished the pizza and weren't hungry but also after seeing the hair was not keen for more pizza. Didn't get offered a refund or voucher or anything else. A bit...

We had an amazing time at The Pizza Factory! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. We had a group of 8 adults, 2 tweens, and 2 toddlers, and the menu offered something for everyone, which made ordering so easy. It was a tough call on which pizza was the best, but the Brash and Hash was a definite crowd-pleaser, and the Mediterranean mwwah sooo good!

The vibe of the restaurant was warm and welcoming, making it a great place for our group to gather and enjoy a meal together. Thanks so much to the team for hosting our double birthday celebration – we had a fantastic time. We highly recommend The Pizza Factory to anyone in Levin. You won’t be...

Some of the best wood fired authentic pizzas we have had the pleasure of eating - an absolute 'hidden gem' tucked away in Levin. The menu is a great combo of classics and well executed out of the box ideas (lekker and Big Mac pizza are personal favourites). Good range of cabinet desserts and delicious dessert pizzas too and everything is very reasonably priced. Really cool vibe if you want to eat in, plenty of room to wait for takeaways orders (although even at peak times you won't wait long). 10/10 service and quality, would recommend this place to anyone and we are now weekly customers. Very consistent and well run family business, support local! Cheers team!

Such a nice relaxed vibe, definitely a hidden gem. Best pizza in Levin by far, made in pizza ovens so proper stone baked, with awesome quality ingredients - the pepperoni is so flavoursome, and the pickled red onion on the Lekker Biltong was 10/10. We came at lunch, with our toddler who was dancing to the music, everyone was friendly, we didn’t have to wait long for our pizzas, and they were delicious - we had a regular cheesy garlic bread, the pepperoni and the lekker biltong in the large size. They were all divine, though the lekker biltong was a real standout! Highly recommend.
