Levin Cosmopolitan Club — Restaurant in North Island

Absolutely love my meal every time I go there! I also think it’s good bang for buck; however, the major let down is the lady with black hair who serves at the counter in the restaurant.

I have never met such a rude customer facing individual. I have been there 4 times in the last 3 months (all with different groups of people I may add) and she has been rude, cold and unwelcoming to everyone to say the least.

I personally think she would be more suited to work out of a place like the well known “Karen’s” restaurant which is known for its intentionally below average and rude customer service.

I hope this is something the Cosmopolitan Club are aware of and actually have a way to overcome this issue as I have spoken with multiple people who share similar experiences and have either not returned because of her or are contemplating not returning despite how delicious...

Levin Cosmopolitan Club, What l will say about this Restaurant is a fantastic very nicely laid out, very clean well presented place to have a meal, the service was excellent, with lovely presentation of the food by a very polite staff member. The prices are very good, with excellent parking around the back of the building. I have to say l thought this was a excellent place to go for lunch, with very nice service, presentation of food, the space it self, taste, staff, pricing, what more is there to say, but, go to Levin Cosmopolitan Club, try it out, l enjoyed it, deserves a top star...

Food disgusting, the shrimp cocktail was so bland and watery, lettuce on my fish meal still had dirt on it, my partner ordered lambs fry and bacon the bacon was shopped up ham steaks, he ordered a corona with lemon and told sorry no lemon, yet my fish meal came with lemon???? my wine was warm, I liked the fish very nice and I ate the radish from the salad, but overall very disappointing, will not be coming back and will advise friends...
