Haven’t been to a Ruakaka for several years and really pleased to find there is still a cafe there as several people have tried and failed over the years.
The Bach Cafe has a really great menu with a different take on some regular morning meals like Sausage and Hash which was great. The Bach all day breakfast was a little underwhelming with a small slice of tomato and not much bacon.
The Mango smoothie was delicious and the coffee great.
Service was average from some of the staff, though could see the manager had eyes everywhere and very attentive and ensuring plates cleared and doors kept closed as it was a colder day.
