Snitzel arrived and was %80 raw, I was told it's beef so it's not that bad, if I wanted a rare steak I would have ordered one. I then had the pleasure of listening to the bar lady jo complain and moan about me returning my meal to the other staff and locals. If you can't accepted criticism maybe you should close the doors - i spoke with nothing but kindness to her. Such a shame the terrible service and rude staff ruined this place. Outstanding service from these people. Ordered Bangers and Mash for a meal, I asked the lady at the bar if there were any peas in the meal.... she replied Nope! I said, Oh, I love peas with my meal. Again she said Nope! What came out on my meal..... a plate of peas. Someone must have overheard the conversation!!!...... and they didn't charge me for them either.
