Misleading and bad service

I ordered a bacon & cheese burger, my partner ordered a cheese burger. My burger cost extra because it had extra things (as expected). When I got home I thought my burger was a bit thin. I realised it didn’t have a beef patty in it. No worries, clearly they forgot. I called up and a very rude woman answered. When I explained she said there is no beef patty in a bacon and cheese burger, not their policy. I said that’s misleading and any other place would give a beef burger with a bacon and cheese burger. She said not their policy they don’t do it like that. I asked why I paid extra if ingredients were taken away, she said $1 extra for cheese. Be warned if you go there, you won’t get what you expect and if you ask about it you get a rude woman who will yell at you down the phone that it’s their policy. No apology, no understanding that a burger would have the basics like a patty in it. Be warned, I would strongly recommend you go elsewhere to places that know what is in a burger or at very least would be clear they remove key ingredients is you want...

Affordable, delicious and quick meals with plenty of flavour! Chips are always cooked golden and crispy, and Chinese meals are tasty and authentic. The best burger has to be the Chicken burger - I've gotten them plenty of times and over the last few years, and they have always been crispy, tender, and NEVER undercooked. They are the most popular burgers for a reason, and they do a 2 for $9 deal for them.

The food here is both amazing and affordable; a rare combination nowadays. The chips are the perfect crispiness and delicious, just like everything else they have! The Chicken burger's my go to - they are the most flavourful and amazing burgers you'll ever have!! I highly recommend getting it if you're ever unsure about what to get.
