Domino's Pizza Takanini — Restaurant in Papakura

I had a terrible experience with the service at Domino's Takanini. I made an online order and my husband went to the store to pick it up, but they claimed they didn't receive our order. He came back home, and I called the store to find out what happened. They told me to check with the Papakura store, but Papakura hadn't received the order either.

I called Takanini again and explained that my payment had gone through. The lady working there asked me to come to the store with a screenshot of my payment. When my husband arrived their, she handed the pizzas to him, saying the order had come through but the receipt had fallen on the floor. She gave us cold pizzas and didn't even apologize for wasting our 30 minutes.

When my husband brought the pizzas home, I called the store to complain. The staff were extremely rude and told us we should have checked the order before leaving the store. They said it wasn't their problem anymore and then...

Third time visited. My first experience was very 😊 I visited couple of weeks ago on Friday around dinner time ordered veggie pizza.pizza was nicely cooked , properly sauced with proper toppings. I think manager was Indian girl was very polite and sweet spoken girl was very happy with service .but when we tried second time we were so disappointed 😔 Worst experience this times.My husband ordered Friday night simple cheese pizza we got hair in that pizza when I tried to contact store manager (lady )was too rude even didn’t say sorry hang up on me. We tried to call but no one answered.We order last night as well we were excepting good pizza this time but this time my pizza was burnt poor customer service ,manager was to rude sounding like teenager.she didn’t try to apologies just try to blaming oven and staff .just want to give one suggestion to owners of business give proper training to your manager and teach her how to talk...

I ordered 3 pizzas and 3 sides.paid $40 for whole order. Picked up my order and went. When I checked I found out that I received 3 pizzas and 2 sides instead of 3 sides. I suddenly went back to store and asked for the 3 rd missing side. The girl in front was very rude and answered in inappropriate way and blamed me that I am telling lie as I am trying to get a side for free. My wife called the store and asked them to check the cameras and confirm how many sides we were handed over. She said only manager can check cameras and not us. Why would someone ask you to check the camera if they are telling lie??? They blame the customers who pay in full for their orders and that too without any proof Worse experience at this store.
