I just stopped in on my way to work to get a mango e2 and there was none in the fridge and I could clearly see the there was excess amount on the shelves in the chiller behind the display fridges. I kindly asked the woman who was behind the til in the black shirt if she was able to get me 1 please. She persisted on telling me that they do not sell mango e2 they only sell green e2 which yes you do sell green e2 two different flavours in fact, one being apple and the other being mango. The only reason I can think of why she refused to help me let alone believe me was because she was too lazy. To follow this up I phoned to complain of the utter rudeness I had just experienced and of corse the same lady answers the phone (she was the only lady of Indian decent working in the store at the time i visited) which made her easy to identify...as I am talking she then hungs up on me. So first she doesnt believe what i seen with my own eyes but then blantantly lies to me to then cut me off. Absolutely the worst customer service I have had in years. I would never recommend going here to anyone. Instead I would highly recommend the small dairy across the road whom at the time were having full renovations done in their shop not only helped me to locate exactly what I asked for but wished a great evening with a...
