This restaurant was a complete disaster. On Wednesday, August twentieth, we sat at an unmarked table near the fireplace, one of three not labeled as reserved in a supposedly fully booked area. The other two tables had clear reserved signs, so we chose the one without, assuming it was fine. We sat for fifteen minutes before our food-two burgers, a salad, and a pizza-even arrived, with servers passing by and saying nothing. When the food was delivered, still no one mentioned anything. But fifteen minutes into eating, the duty manager (a lady) stormed over, rudely demanding we leave because the table was allegedly reserved, with no sign anywhere. Her attitude was atrocious, even gesturing for us to shut up when the event started, as if we were the problem. We’re not sure if our Asian background played a role, but it felt off. We offered to move if she could find another indoor table, but she just scoffed and gave us more attitude. We rushed through our meal in under thirty minutes, despite ordering so much, just to get out of there. The manager needs serious accountability-she should’ve marked the table properly and not let us sit, get served, and start eating without a word. This ruined our experience! Please get out of the service industry if you can’t speak politely to your customers, just because you think English isn’t our...
Read moreWe booked here for a sport team dinner, every family was placed on individual tables separately - they could have easily put all the small tables together for more combined eating. Made it as if we were just having dinner with our own family rather than mingling and spending time with teammates. Even though we had preordered our food they brought it out at different times. The meal sizes were pretty small for the price too. They had no soda water and no spoons (one kid was eating ice cream with a fork..). As we all had to preordered our dinner, naturally we also preordered dessert - they brought it out literally 2 minutes after placing our dinner down. I asked the guy if we could eat our dinner first and he just said ah ok. Seems like common sense that you'd bring dessert when dinner is finished. The taste of the burgers was good and the cauliflower bites were yummy but the price was crazy expensive. Others at our table also had complaints about the food and the price.
I'd read all the reviews and seems like they're usually ok, not sure what happened here but I won't be back. Rather spend my...
