Been here a few times now, both for take out and eat in, and this is a great local option for a Brit who misses his curry. NZ curry is very different to back home, but the options here are good, food is always freshly prepared and has a good flavour, so keep going back.. nice touch when we ordered our first meal once they were allowed to re-open and we forgot to collect part of our order, and they dropped it over to us! Great bunch of people and great food, looking forward to the next...

Food was good, but overcharged. Asked for gst receipt, given an eftpos receipt with a gst stamp, pushed for full gst receipt, got given a menu and hand written note. Now find none of it adds up. Overcharged, accounting practices seem rather odd. IRD will catch up with you, might be time to get things in order, ripping people off certainly turns people off. Suggest getting yourself in order. Lovely curry, delicious taste but spice levels are misleading with the third spice option “kiwi hot” tasted like a mild from Hamilton.

Good to ask for the chilli yourself to add your own amount.

The water was the only problem, which tasted dirty. Hope they get filtered water for the future 😁
