Oscars Kiwi Kafe — Restaurant in Taranaki

Great staff, friendly service, amazing pies, which I have raved about previously so I won't repeat myself too much, but they're also starting to display artwork on the walls to help support local artists, of which I am one. Just a good experience all round, and nice to have someone prepared to support locals as well. Pop in for some local artist work on display, a warm welcome, a hot coffee, and the best pies in the region, but don't be too late if you are wanting a pie, they sell like hot.....

Very great food! The pricing is very reasonable and the food is tasty. I recommend the shakes, they're always good. The time is quick also, wait is around 10-15mins. The cafe has a very unique style and the space is comfortable and interesting. Great if you want to sit and chat it read a book. I have to say, the bathroom is very well kept and the fragrance is inviting. I know that sounds odd...

The best pies in NZ I reckon! We stayed in Inglewood for 3 nights recently and Oscars was our favourite spot every day for pies. Their pies are outstanding. Unique flavours, excellent filling and perfect pastry. They sell out quick though, by 1pm they would be all gone! Their fish and chips was excellent too.
