Extremely bad customer service *

First time visitor to this bakery, me and my partner were waiting in line patiently for about 8-9min. Finally got to the front counter with a couple of cold drinks from the fridge and we wanted to purchase a couple of yummy looking sandwiches, got totally ignored and no greeting at all from any of the staff mulling around. To top it off a gentleman that had just been served, interjected just as I was about to say something and the chick behind the counter just continued to ignore us and started serving this guy again right in front of us. Once she done that she then proceeded off out the back and completely ignored us yet again....

That was the last straw, we both walked off totally unimpressed... worst customer service I've ever experienced..... we will never stop at this...

DO NOT STOP I’ve been very surprised to see a 4,3 stars rating on the cafe. We walked in at 2pm today to get some food. The FOH obviously had no time to waste (there was 5 people at max in the hole place) and when we asked what was in the burger she just said « oh it’s a normal burger, 2 patties, mushrooms, just normal » there was actually pineapple, eggs, ham (how can you not mention these high allergenic ingredients ???). Nachos had never seen an oven, just corn chips topped with canned sauce and cold grated cheese... Iced coffee didnt taste like coffe at all... On top of everything I struggled to get tap water ! The waitress said I had to buy a bottle because tap water wasn’t drinkable (wth ?!) she finally gave me one glass of lukewarm tap water : that was just the best thing of the...

Not a good experience. Visited on 18th January, Ordered a BLT which came on fancy bread that wasn’t toasted so wasn’t pleasant to eat and hard to cut and had 2 pieces of steaky bacon so you were basically eating bread. Got an ice coffee which didn’t have any coffee in it what soever and an iced chocolate both of which were warm not the slightest bit cold had to ask for ice to put in our drinks and asked if there was any coffee in my drink nothing fixed not a great place. No prices on anything and was told owner doesn’t want to show...
