I have to admit, I'm really conflicted about leaving this review but had the young lady dealt with the problem in a more professional way I would not be leaving a one star review....I have been going to Fishtail every Friday night for the last two years (best ever Lamb Saagwala). The food has always been good until now. A few months ago, for the first time ever, I had to return a meal because there was clearly something not quite right, almost as if they used a burnt pan to cook the curry. I phoned up, returned the meal & they replaced it without an issue. It happened a second time, and I did nothing about it. Happened again today, same issue. Tried to raise the issue over the phone, straight away, and was informed by the lady that there was nothing she could do except contact their supplier the next day, and that she was to busy to assist with the complaint today, and implied something was wrong with my taste buds as no-one else has complained. Meanwhile I had paid for an inedible meal and received no compensation. Will...

We were starving and wanted to stop by an Indian restaurant for a late lunch, our hopes were revived when we found this place open. The staff were fantastic and special kudos to the duty manager today. He served our family in the most hospitable manner. A special thanks to the chef as well, the food was beautiful especially the very authentic Nepalese daal tadka and the goat curry. We also ordered the chicken momos, Bombay aloo, aaloo gobi, tandoori roti and garlic naan. Great food and great service, our family walked out so happy. Well done...
