I moved to Australia from Alexandra about 3 months ago and I genuinely spend every second day thinking about how amazing the avenue bakery pies are. Other than my parents and my friends these pies are only thing I miss from New Zealand. If you’re ever in Alexandra and you don’t try these pies you’re doing yourself a disservice.
