Mini India Takeaway — Restaurant in Waikato

Delicious lunch! Stopping in a small town for food (let alone indian) food is a gamble. This little place was the highest rated in the area (4.6 stars) so we decided give it a go. Butter chicken was so creamy and the lamb in the roganjosh was tender and tasty. The Naan was so good! We ordered the family meal, which had 2 curries, 2 Naan, 2 rice and1.5L drink. Enough for my husband, toddler and myself.

Service was great, friendly and very attentive. Well deserving of its 4.6 stars...

Rajeesh knows what his customers want and he never fails to deliver. curry heat factor knowledge and varying dietary options he can easily accommodate. We stopped in Te Kuiti quite late and were desperate for food. Almost all restaurants were closed so we went to this Indian place. And what a surprise!!! Probably a top 5 of the best Indian meal I had in my life! The chefs are very nice, while it was quite late and they were about to close, they let us having dinner inside, helped me to charge my phone and we had a good chat. Food is good, staff is nice.
