Worst cafe experience ever! Not at all kid friendly, very poor service from staff (so unfriendly) and the coffee was terrible. Paid $6.50 for a "latte melt" which is a latte with a scoop of ice cream in it. By the time it got to my table, the ice cream was completely melted so I ended up with a overpriced lukewarm coffee. Paid $3 for a fluffy ($3 friggin dollars for a tiny cup of steamed milk) and it was piping hot. Lucky my son didn't end up drinking it, otherwise he would have ended up with a badly burned mouth. And when I told them about the temperature of the fluffy they laughed it off! Not even an apology. I was completely disgusted! Will never ever go here again, and would advise others to steer...

Very nice hot chocolate and coffee but it took a while. It was absolutely pouring outside and there were quite a lot of people coming past, as it was between Xmas and New Year. I was very surprised that they said the kitchen was closed,as it was about 1pm and they lost so much business and turned away quite a few people. Great staff, listened toe and understood when I explained I had an allergy, and made absolutely sure nothing to do with nuts come anywhere near my plate, and we're just an absolute pleasure to be around. Nice and quiet too, with a very cosy theme going on and a decent view out of the shop. Couldn't say anything bad about it if I tried. Even parking...
