The Bull Rider - Bar, Bistro, Grill — Restaurant in Waikato

As a party of 4 we had a booking for 7:30 on a Saturday evening. In short the food was OK but over priced. The waiting staff rushed us to order and then to leave at this time only being about 8:40pm. She hovered over us (not in a good way) and made us feel uncomfortable. On leaving we paid the $250.00 bill and the person on reception said we were only the 3rd table for the day(I wonder why?). I would have thought that if you were struggling for patrons you would want them to come and spend money (which we were doing) and have a good time but we didn't. A long anticipated night out ruined by a real let down experience. Will not be returning or recommending...

Update: A new place created to delight your palate with Peruvian food. Made by the hand of a Peruvian chef named Rafael, in a pleasant atmosphere. The taste of food takes you back to Peru 🇵🇪. Food was good and plenty but service needs to improve a lot. Food needs to arrive all at once do not let people waiting while others eat. specially being the only table at restaurant. Offer families high chairs for babies and toddlers. Offer side plates for the shared dishes. Offer drinks and water when you see empty glasses. And the most importan let customer know if you miss one of the main ingredient on your dishes not just replace it with something else.
