Cafe Redwoods — Restaurant in Waitākere Ranges

I ordered a soy drink and because it taste normal to me and cafes soy is higher quality its often hard to tell if it is or not until I get sick... 40 mins after my hot chocolate had me in the toilet going both ends... My drink wasnt soy! Cheers for that! The muffin was also very hard and dense... for buying it at 730am youd think itd be fresh but it was either a really bad recipe, the person who made it wasnt that good or it was both of those thing PLUS it was old! Im always in Swanson and its the first time I decided to try this place but Id probably never go again. My friend did enjoy his coffee but hated his muffin as well! Huge waste of my $21.50 for 2 hot drinks...

Very disappointed! I'm a local Westie. Like to support local businesses. Very slow service!! Had to ask wheres our food.. we only people there...Council person doing an inspection they stood in shop and spoke to staff! Very unprofessional. Got our order wrong! The food was not value for $. I took my elderly mother there for a coffee and a muffin The staff member was not friendly I had asked for a takeaway cup but she forgot and my coffee was not hot.
