Burger Wisconsin Mana — Restaurant in Wellington

Used to love this place but bruhhhh tonight was an absolute nightmare. Firstly, why are you closing at 8pm when online and on your signage outside you're supposed to be closing at 9. This led to us being rushed to order however we couldn't exactly rush when your online promotions don't work correctly on the online platform. We wanted some assistance with this but all 3 of the ladies at the counter were not helpful at all, wouldn't make any eye contact, but were happy to have their own little conversations amongst themselves. Like if you want us to go how about you help us order??? We noticed a bunch of side eyes and clear urgency to get out. So ordered without claiming a promotional deal. The guy was polite and helpful but I don't feel like your cook should be the one coming to help your customers. What's the point of Front of House staff if all they're doing is chatting about boys, rugby and their plans for the weekend lol. The one positive was that the food was actually kinda nice, once again shout out to the cook for actually doing...

Well in all honesty that was the worst I've had from them. It was a menulog order of: Kiwi Classic petite with avocado, camenbert, and pineapple: Kiwi Classic grand with bacon, and pineapple. Curly fries with satay sauce. A banana and a raspberry milk shake. Delivery by Menulog. Well the extras were swapped, the egg yolk in both had leaked to the bottom of the box gluing the burgers to their boxes, they were over filled with lettuce, and the bases had gone soggy. The satay sauce was more like a pepper sauce, no taste of peanut. As for the milk shakes, they were ok, but oh those eco straws, ditch them. Ours were soft and broken by the time we got them, and too small tube diameter. As for the delivery driver, took the long way to me, via SH58, Postgate Dr, Amapere St, Warspite Ave, Conclusion St. Where SH1, Whitford Brown Ave, Conclusion St would have been quicker. Overall quality and standard was poor, definitely not as good as they use to be. So...

Disappointing. We ordered three burgers and some kumara chips this evening and fifteen minutes after they were supposed to have been delivered (an hour after the order, on a Monday) I called to enquire where they were. I was told they were out for delivery and about five minutes later they showed up.

Cold.

The receipt on there showed that (supposedly) they'd been prepared 20 minutes before their scheduled delivery time, so if that happened then it took 30 minutes to make the burgers and 40 minutes to deliver them. I could have walked there and back in 15 miutes - we're that close.

Once they arrived, the burgers were OK. Not good...
