Hell Pizza Mana — Restaurant in North Island

5.30 pm, 31 oct 2025. Poor service, my meal was sitting on the counter with the rest of the orders. 3 different guys asked me, what was my name for my order? I could see my orders sitting on the bench. All the boys huddled in the corner room/kitchen . Not really sure what they were doing. The counter was unmanned, there were no customers besides me. Food order sitting on the counters at the back. Not sure what they were doing huddled up in that one room/Kitchen. Must have been very important to leave the orders on the bench and not making deliveries. And what is up with not giving napkins when people are ordering meals!!! I ordered ribs and donuts didn't get any napkins.You know how missy it is...

It's been some years since I've had a Hell's Pizza and my memory of them was that they were pretty good. We order the Gluten free seed based pizza premium version. It was delivered with very little topping and to their credit we were given a voucher for a replacement. It wasn't a full value replacement voucher though. I didn't realise that until we went back to re-order. Unfortunately the replacement was a bit of a let down too. That was the opinion of my wife who didn't eat any of the first pizza, so hers was a fresh opinion. We've decided that we won't be ordering from Hells in future. The pizzas are not as good as I remember, from over 10yrs...

Stopped by Mana Hell Pizza recently and left disappointed. The young staff seemed more focused on phone orders than the customers standing right in front of them. No greeting, no eye contact — just a lack of basic customer care.

There was little initiative shown, and the front-of-house area looked untidy. Tables weren’t wiped down, and the general cleanliness was below par. It felt like keeping the place presentable wasn’t a priority.
