Nana Ni's Pies — Restaurant in West Coast

Went there yesterday, asked for two cheese and onion savorys. ( partner is vegetarian) we got two bacon and egg by mistake. Took them back and received only one bacon and egg by mistake. Took that back and received one bacon and egg and one cheese and onion. Took the bacon one back . I was not offered a refund, the staff seemed annoyed with me. Meanwhile no savorys left the fish and chips I had purchased had gone cold. I had spent $40 in total and was still hungry. I hope that the mix ups were only a once off and the appropriate systems are now in place to avoid a 45 year vegetarian eating meat by mistake. Nice...

The Best Fish & Chips in Town – A Must-Visit!

Every time I’m in town, I ask my sister to bring me here just to enjoy their incredible fish & chips. They’re perfectly crispy, beautifully cooked, and absolutely delicious – I could honestly eat them every day!

What makes it even better is their fantastic selection of homemade pies and desserts. My nephew is obsessed with them, and I can’t blame him – they’re comforting, tasty, and clearly made with care.

Delicious pies but inconsistent coffee. The coffee we had at lunch time (about 1 pm) was really good, so good that we went back at dinner time (about 6 pm) to have it again, only to be disappointed by the coffee made by a different lady. The evening coffee was so bad that we wondered if it really came from an expresso machine as it tasted only of milk and sugar. What a pity that the evening staff couldn't make as good a coffee as the lady boss who also shared with us how she tried different coffee to decide which is the best one to use...
