We sat in the aircon room. I ordered ravioli cheese filled w pumpkin sauce. Add some balsamic vin to it! So delish.. just like the previous menu option had. Boyfriend had the gnocchi gongzola. Both entrees were so good they served with warm fresh bread and in top of that flat bread with nice pesto on it prior to try I assume? And a mini chocolate cake at the end with amaretto shot which was smooth. Just so excited we found this place. True italian dining and quality! I should have took a picture but we just ate it before I could. Forgot to mention complimentary wine taste in the beginning. What a pleasureful...

I had far the best experience here in Nicaragua among all the restaurant I have tried. As I am also hospitality professional, I am expert in providing excellent service to my guests. The welcome was warm and sincere, its one thing that we got complimentary welcome drink and appetizers. However, what I find more important is the knowledge and expertise of the staff. Emilio - our waiter- has provided description about the dishes that we were served with and the wine. He was also confident in recommending how we should have our risotto: the parmesan risotto with a bolognese touch was just on point. Not to mention -as I used to live in Florence, Italy- the dishes that we had were absolutely up to Italian standards. Decided to give italian a try in Managua tonight and after reading a few reviews we chose Tonelli's. Once we were seated we were given a welcome drink with a few tasty bruschettas. We then ordered the prosciutto platter which turned out to be really good. My friend ordered the seabass in white wine sauce and I ordered the Linguine Vongole. Both were awesome. Dessert was offered with a digestive and an espresso. It felt weird getting all these freebies. As we were leaving the whole family were waiting at the door to say goodbye. My friend was amazed at how we were treated. An incredible experience. Don't be fooled by the establishment, this is about the food and the service. And i was not asked to write a review...
