BhEERHUGZ Café Ikeja — Restaurant in Ikeja

I'm utterly disappointed with everything... I thought it was going to be a nice spot for drinks and finger foods with my friend, but things didn't go as i planned...

Firstly, they have a very limited menu. I wanted mojito and the waiter said they didn't have (how does a restaurant /lounge in a place like ICM not have such a simple cocktail???).. We decided to order strawberry milkshake cos we felt that's the simplest drink to make, but it turned out to be a disaster... In my entire life, I've never tasted any milkshake soo watery before... I hated it from the first sip.. The top was now frosted with whipped cream to give a deceptive look of thickness...

Secondly, every food we choose on the menu wasn't available, except for jollof and fried rice!!! .. I doubt if they have a chef on ground.. The atmosphere was dull, the music wasn't cool, Whereas the opposite lounge was fully packed with people enjoying themselves..

We asked our waiter to give us our bill.. instead he went to attend to some folks that just walked in and were still trying to familiarize themselves with the menu.. We had to call the waiter 3 times before he could bring the bill

This was actually my first time here and I don't think...

Worst service ever I have gotten in this city, was there even a service in the first place. Sat there for more than 40 mins, beckoned on the waiter severally. Was like I was literally begging to be attended to. So embarrassed.

So I was approached by a very diplomatic and humble member of staff. He explained some ish about the reason for the short fall, which was understandable given the circumstance. The management was swift to respond. Kudos guys. Yea guys, I placed and order. And guess what...

It was the best peppered chicken ever out of the city of Lagos, yea, I dare say that. I ordered buffalo wings, the taste and texture was amazing. I recommend you try it out. Presentation was nice too.

I would have given a five start rating though. I will visit next time, there is something I want to check. For now please manage this small stars.

I really loved this place. I can't remember much from my first time here, I guess I sat here while I waited for a movie at the cinema and I was permitted to sit with noone bothering me. Yesterday was my second time and oh! Did I enjoy myself?! Yes! I was drawn to this place by the loud music, igot in and saw it was from a band! Wow! Live music 🎶 it was fun We were outside, so, it was a little choking for me since that's the part designated for smoking.

I will say this place is wheelchair accessible since the Café is located in the Mall and the Mall is Wheelchair-accessible ♿️ All the other facilities of the Mall are used including the Wheelchair-accessible parking and the Wheelchair-accessible restrooms.

There are strong bouncers at the entrance to beef...
