I feel compelled to share the extremely disappointing experience I had at your restaurant yesterday, which, quite frankly, was the worst dining experience I have ever encountered.
My group and I were seated by the pool area, where we ordered several bottles of whiskey and a selection of food. Throughout the evening, we encountered shocking levels of service, primarily due to the negligence of our assigned waiter, Caleb.
While we were eating, we realized that there were no more serviettes/napkins available at the table. We politely asked Caleb for some. He acknowledged the request but casually walked away without bringing any. We asked him again — not once, but multiple times — and each time he assured us he was attending to it. Despite his repeated promises, no napkins ever arrived. We ended up finishing our food and resorting to wiping our hands on our clothing, which was deeply humiliating and absolutely unacceptable in any restaurant setting, let alone one that presents itself as an upscale venue.
As a restaurateur myself, I understand firsthand the effort, investment, and reputation it takes to build a brand. However, all it takes is one incompetent staff member like Caleb to damage that reputation irreparably. His carelessness, lack of professionalism, and disregard for basic customer service standards were beyond disappointing — they were damaging.
I am sharing this feedback not out of malice, but because if issues like this are not urgently addressed, Kingfisher risks losing customers who expect and deserve better. Service is just as important as food and ambiance — if not more so.
I truly hope the management takes this seriously and implements immediate corrective action.

The hostess, whose name I was told is Precious, was shockingly rude. From the moment I arrived, her tone was dismissive and condescending. She didn’t greet me properly, barely made eye contact, and acted as if I was bothering her just by walking in. When I asked a simple question about the wait or the seating arrangement, her response was laced with sarcasm and attitude that felt completely uncalled for.
I tried to remain calm and polite, assuming maybe she was having a bad day—but her behavior only escalated. She made comments that were demeaning and clearly intended to belittle me. At one point, I honestly stood there in disbelief, wondering how someone with that kind of attitude was allowed to represent a business.
No one—no guest, no paying customer—deserves to be spoken to or treated that way. I left the restaurant before even being seated because I was so upset. I had planned to enjoy a meal and possibly recommend the place to friends or return in the future. That will not be happening.
I don’t know if this is how this restaurant normally operates, but if Precious is a reflection of the staff or the management culture, then I can’t imagine how many other customers are being treated this way and staying silent.
