Terraform Bar and Restaurant — Restaurant in Lagos State

Let me start with the food🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ I’d planned to have my birthday dinner with friends and stay over at the hotel considering proximity. We were first served a platter that contained cold prawns, chicken wings, salmon, chips and spring rolls I think without any sauce, not even ketchup. We asked for pepper sauce and ketchup and it took 30mins to get it The waitress serving us was so clumsy but I do think that the staff strength is zero cos she seemed overwhelmed and I could see her catering for 5 tables at a time. We finally placed our order for main meal, I ordered lamb chops, asked for pepper sauce that I never received and after waiting 40mins asked her to pack the food as I’d lost appetite and it was packed without the pepper sauce My friend order fried rice and some sort of fish and she didn’t like it Another person ordered pepper soup that tasted stale, my best friend asked for atarodo wings if that’s the name and it came without a pinch of pepper and cold, did I mention that the guys asked for 2 glasses of bear and the drink was left open at the bar section unattended to as we were waiting for the waiter to be back from wherever she traveled to and bring it to our table, it was at this point we called it off and asked for our bill. one of them ordered jumbo prawns, and he liked it after it was served almost 45mins later I want to believe that your food is great and you probably had some issues which has now affected your staff strength not meeting up to demands cos the chef is obviously affected here too and all of this was a Sunday night, I wonder what horror your Friday nights would be. Very beautiful restaurant and very well located by d water. The breeze is great, ambience is very beautiful, staff very polite.

The menu is vast also, local and intercontinental dishes.

very affordable food especially for d quality being served.

The crokery is high quality ,chairs and tables are aesthetically pleasing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my food.

However, the music was insanely loud this just destroyed the whole experience for us.😫😫🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️! We complained so many times but they just decided it was about them and not us, by this i mean d DJ.

It was a Thursday and this place is not a club, its a restaurant. i could barely hear my friend i went out to eat with.

Both of us were shouting to hear each other, yet we were on d same table!

At some point d manager had to go in to d dj booth which was upstairs and we could see him to ask him to reduce d sound of d music!

But in no time, the uncontrollable, turn table ,insensitive DJ had it on full blast again!

I left d restaurant with a sore throat 😫 😩 😒 😕

All i wanted was a nice restaurant where i could eat and chat with my friend but they ruined the experience for me!

Honestly i dont think i will be going back cos clearly the management has no control over the DJ they employed and d last thing i want is shouting across to my friend on d same table and having a sore throat just because i want to eat.

Lagos is FULL of fancy restaurants that listen to to their guests and clients when a complaint is made.

We really should know the diffrence between a club and a restaurant!

Terraform Restaurant

Terraform is another restaurant on the increasingly busy Wole Olateju street, off Admiralty, Lekki.

Restaurant is overlooking the Lagoon. With its mini jetty, the setting is quite picturesque and I wasn’t surprised when I saw some guests treating themselves to picture sessions. I won’t reveal the gender. Lol.

They have indoor, outdoor and terrace space.

Back to food.

Main 1 was Chicken Schnitzel with creamy mushroom sauce and French fries. Came with some steamed veggies. This tastes nice and filling, the chicken breast was a little bit too dry for me. 6.5/10

Main 2 was Creamy mushroom Pasta, this was Slowly cooked chicken in a creamy mushroom linguine pasta topped with cheese and garlic bread. This tasted really nice. I scored this at 8/10.

If you actually look at the cost and quality of food here. This is not a bad restaurant to enjoy with a couple of friends. The crowd is somehow youngish. I felt I shaved off couple of years off my age after I left, lol.

There is a decent parking within the premises and you wouldn’t even notice that some part of the structure is a portakabin /container building. Also there is a swimming pool at the back of the facility.
