My server was so patient and kind at the start. But the food was baaaaaaaaad. The prawn was spoilt. I couldn't even eat a fork of it. It smelled! Now, they wasted our time about not having a supervisor on ground and saying I needed to still pay for the awful smelling food. I took the initiative to locate and call the manager on the phone and explain the problem. The manager gave me a "solution" that I should pay for it and he would reimburse me. What a joke. Then I called the second time and he cut the call on me. Then, they made a nasty mess of the situation and called in external premises security because they obviously have awful internal management. They're not qualified to call themselves a fine dining restaurant. Even the security officers acknowledged that the food smelled so awful. The accountant lady was so rude the entire time.
Anywhere in the world if the problem is with the food, the manager should own up to responsibility and make it on the house, instead of instilling fear into the workers that money must be paid at all cost. Food was bad without a doubt. Very...
