Nkataa is ok the food is great and the vibe is chill, serving sizes are worth it. But their customer service is ok after you have been frustrated a little (there is a lack of communication, I make orders that seemingly disappear, I call to check up on it no one knows what I am talking about I have to order again and wait forever again) Inconsistent opening times or numbers not going through. If you have a strict 1 hour lunch do not go there, call an hour before else you will have little to no time to eat. If you canβt physically go there donβt depend on their service being timely and seamless. The confusing thing is so many people work there yet itβs only 1 person to me that I can say get the job done in person and over the phone. I donβt know why the rest are on their pay roll tbh.
