ALPHA-PLUS APARTMENTS 91, JABI — Hotel in Jabi

Great place to stay. Clean pool. Spacious rooms. Stayed in room 401. Service is good but can be slow. The microwave was dirty when we arrived (guess it was missed) The shower doors had worn out rubber ends so water would seep out through it and on to the bathroom floor. Excellent power backup supply. You will never be in the dark. Breakfast portions were small and food wasn't all that but you could get by on it. The gym, wasn't used as there was a stale smell, I couldn't workout in. Staff were all cheerful and pleasant at all times. Security is ok. I didn't understand how despite the metal detectors beeping, I was never checked 😄(smiles) I would definitely stay here again. I like the combination of a hotel and apartment feel this provides. The doors are sound prove! I couldn't hear room service knocks to deliver food. I think a buzzer or doorbell for 401 is required (just a suggestion) We request breakfast be brought up to the room each morning at a rate of N500 each time. There was a washing machine and dryer which I put to good use. I do wish there was a dishwasher but one can't be too choosey now (winks)😉 In all, I highly recommend...

The location is central enough, despite being in Jabi, it is quite quiet. From the outside, it looks like a residential property, but when you get inside, it's simply beautiful. The array of art works are simply exquisite.

The rooms are tastefully furnished, very spacious, and comfortable.

Breakfast is simply special. You get to make your order online from various varieties. Though complimentary, you have the option of being served in your room for a token N500 - 👊🏾😎 The same goes for any order from their restaurant. However, their food is a tad pricey for the quantity but moderate for the calibre of hotel it is. I enjoyed the meals and brewed coffee ☕️ but the egg and vegetable sauces were salty for me, but most people may find it oK.

It has apartments as well, and the setting is great for families with kids.

Finally, the staff aren't much, but they're efficient++, professional++, courteous++ and friendly.

If you'd love to be in Abuja but have the feeling of being in "yankee", I make bold to say this is the place! It is serenely located in the heart of Jabi, Just a stonethrow to Jabi Lake Mall, and GTBank on SolomonLar road. One of the best hotels I've stayed in Abuja. Clean facilities, friendly staff, impeccable finish. Their attention to details is unmatched, really. Good value for money. Apartment rooms are available, ask at the reception to be placed in one...has a mini balcony of some sort, kitchen and mini dining area. Perfect spot for a couple's (or single's ) weekend getaway. Food menu ranges from continental to regular African meals,..at quite affordable rates. Security is top-notch, pool available, lifts are working perfectly.
