Arrived at a practically enpty restaurant. The sign said just find a seat but we had a reservatio so we approached the bar where there was a group of 4 employees just chatting. Not a single one even acknowledged us when we walked up we had to interupt their chat to say we have a reservation. We were put in a distant corner of the restaurant next to the toilets when it was practically empty. The candle holders looked like there were not polished for weeks and no music in the restaurant and we were not able to move our reservation half hour later even when the restaurant was practically empty. I counted 5 tables at the maximum. Reservation time was 19:00 Walking past the pizza buffet it looked like it has not been attended for hours. When I walked up to order there was a line of people at the register possible 2-3 tables. But still 3 employees were standing and chatting with one register open. When ordering I saw a plate of Garlic bread in the pass and when we recieved our starter which was buffalo wings and Garlic bread I received that plate of stale hard Garlic bread. I hit the table with one of the pieces of the bread and it was hard as a rock. Not a single time a employees walked up and asked us if everything is alright. Had to bring the bread back to the pass to get a new one. When our mains arrived which was a grill sharing most of it was good apart from the sauce order being wrong and the ribs being stale and flavourless and again not a single employee approached us to see if we are satisfied with our experience. Read moreThe only reason you get as much as two stars, is because the food is actually good. As for the service, it's terrible. Te majority of the employees doesn't seem to know half of what they're doing. One time we had to wait nearly an hour only for pizza, and we were in a rush. The same visit, one of us (who were 18 years old) ordered a drink with 21% liquor, and it was fine, though the drinks were verry late to be served.
A second time me and the same people went there, we ordered the same drinks, one 21% and suddenly they couldn't make it that way. This would not have been an issue if we didn't have to wait abot 15 minutes to get this information when we were catching a buss leaving 30 minutes after we stepped foot into the establishment.

Their ordering system is a major issue: the app is faulty, forcing you to order at the bar instead. There's no host, and the lack of clear instructions leaves you guessing where to sit. You order by table number, like at McDonald's, but at least their app functions properly.
Our food arrived incomplete, with only two of our three entrees served. My fries were cold and untouched. I had to track down my mother-in-law's missing meal at the bar, where the bartender seemed unaware of the error. By the time her food arrived, I had already finished mine.
We tried three cocktails; mine was excellent, but the other two were unbearably sour and went undrunk.
