TukTuk -Thai Diner & Bar- Asker — Restaurant in Asker

We got welcomed by a waitress that almost looked annoyed by seeing us at 19:00 on a friday and we were the only guests. We stayed there for a bit more than an hour and the waitress asked twice if we are done, if she can take our plates and if we wanted something more to drink or eat!!, so the second time we asked to pay because we felt uncomfortable. The meny is wrong. Refers to many options as vegetar/ vegetarian but they there is only one dish from the whole meny that is vegetarian. All the other dishes have fish saus. I went to eat here after my movie ended at 20:40. I asked the lady if the restaurant was still open or was about to close. All of them said it is still open please come in.But just after sitting down for 5 minutes the lady says “ Order now because the restaurant closes at 21:00” I was surprised with the way she said. I ordered 2 dishes on the counter and was told to pay right away. I had to take water by myself by the counter when there were no guests other than me in the whole restaurant. Absolutely amazing.

Whilst looking for somewhere to eat, I came across this absolute gem! The inside gives the feel of an American diner. Tuktuk seating, clean, bright and fresh. The staff where extremely smiley and friendly.

We ordered starters and mains. The starters came out fresh, hot and absolutely gorgeous!!! The mains….well, if you are hungry and really want a good fill, this is the place!!! 198NOK and the plate Was stacked with fresh, clean and gorgeous food. Full of flavor. Absolutely blown away.
