McDonald's — Restaurant in Gjøvik

I came here a saturday to buy fast food, obviously. The waiting line was long. I swear there were more people waiting for food, than people eating it. The citchen was short on people, and you could hear swear words coming from inside. Employees (assumingley) without uniform wearing clocks and rings were working with food, didn't seam healthy to me. When people finally gott their food, there was an 50% chance they would return because something was wrong with their order. One guy stood by the counter for 10-15 minutes to finally be seen by the manager who was operating the drive-throug and nott the counter. In all the caos, they forgot to delete the numbers on the screan. At the same time, there didn't seam to be any cleaners. There were napkins on the floor, trash can was full and no more cups for the ketchup. I'm sorry to say, that waiting 30 minutes for some burgers and cold fries, is nott "fast food".

The lokation of the place is nice with a view over a canal, with space to sitt inside and outside. The toilets were modern and in good shape. Despite the manager swearing and the worker without uniform, the employees seemed nice.

When I was about to leave, they seemed to have worked out some problems in the citchen, the numbers were fixed and the line were shorter. It is very cringe in my opinion to give rating for anything just because of single time visit on one busy Sunday evening. However, it seems that stress management is not being handled well since my burgers looked sad, the meat seemed colder than usual, overall patty 4/10, salad looked plenty on big Mac, however freshness was 7/10. Sauce was ok so I guess whatever. The milkshake I had was silky smooth of course, making any McDonald's hard to pass. BULLY WOMEN! First the number on the screen was not working. So I had to look for myself carefully to see if my order is coming soon. My order was ready so I went to the front to take it. This men that was working, had my bag and was clearly ready to be given to me. I put my hand forward to take it. He refuse to give it to me. Asked me to wait and step back. Look at him fold the bag 3 times and said now its ready. Honestly keep your drama and theatre to yourself, I am breastfeeding and have a crying baby outside waiting!!
