Bellas Burrito — Restaurant in Kristiansand

There are plenty of food options at Sørlandssenteret, but after my first time at Bellas, it immediately became my new go-to spot for dinner when out at the mall.

You have the choice of a burrito, timeless classic, and the taco bowl. Fill with your choice of meat, or veggie options if you're vegan, and various fillings. If you eat meat, the pulled pork costs more but is so dang good, that I always pay a little extra for it. They have a selection of toopings, including a self-made guacamole and hot salsa, and their signature cheddar dressing. It'll ruin the day tomorrow if you're lactose intolerant like me, but to call that combo delicious is a complete understatement.

The dining areas, if you choose to eat in, are very wooden but nice. Nice locale, friendly staff. Not bathrooms, as I normally add that info, since it's a mall with plenty of those. There's no elevations anywhere, so it's also wheelchair friendly! Might be a tight fit with the line, but I'm sure they would be able to help move it or something. I have to warn anyone who decides to get the taco bowl, however. The lid is hard, sharp plastic, and I have managed to cut myself trying to open it. I am also very accident prone, so that...

Great food at Bellas, it’s not necessarily the most authentic Mexican food but honestly was very good for Norwegian standards! We’ve been here and tried the pull pork burrito and a taco style burrito with ground beef which is more classic Tex med as well.

The table was very sticky, but that was the only downside to our family’s visit here. The burrito seemed small to begin with, but you end up full when you’re done eating due to the delicious rice and beans. The chicken and rice were moist and perfectly spicy. The children felt the spices, but it was not too spicy. We all loved it! And we recommend buying the Mexican sodas for your meal, they were actually better than the usual Pepsi and Fantas.
