Burger King — Restaurant in Kristiansand

Truly the worst Burger King I've ever been. The surrounding should already been a warning, since there is liter all around the restaurant, a clear sign it isn't managed properly. Also inside it's a mess. I should have turned around at that point, but we were hungry...

After we ordered via the terminal, the long (!) wait began. Half of the staff was just sitting around waiting and chatting. The Teamleader seemed to be bored and fiddling with some packaging. The staff that was working was moving the burgers from the trays, back to the pass, and back to the trays again, waiting to complete the orders.

When my order was finally "complete", I asked if they were sure the "chicken" burger was correct, since I ordered a long chicken. They told me they were out of sandwiches, so they improvised, but it should be the same burger elsewise...

Coming to my table, the little pancakes for my 2 year old were cold. Fortunately he didn't care, so I didn't go back. Then I grabbed my "Long Chicken BBQ", to discover after 1 bite, they forgot the cheese, union, BBQ sauce etc etc. So I did went back. They would make a new one "straight away".... So after another long wait, in which the rest of my family was eating and my food was getting cold, the teamleader asked me if I wanted to order. I told him I wanted my corrected burger... Had to explain to him again, after which he grabbed the correct burger and I could join my family again.

Then we noticed our 2 year old stopped drinking his orange juice, which he normally loves, and he told us it didn't taste nice. My wife saw the date and it was almost a week past the due date. I went back in again and asked them to check the date. The staff checked the date and the date on their phone to come to the same conclusion as we did, so I told I just had my kid drink this stuff. I was told not to worry, since it was only a "best before date". I got a new apple juice to replace the orange juice.

I've never been so disgusted at one of the fast food chains, as I was here. If I were the licensee for BK in Norway, I would close this place immediately, sanitize the place, retrain the staff and fire the management...

Service is usually really quick when I'm there. I have NEVER gotten a wrong order here, ever, and I eat lunch here more often than I'd like to admit. The food tastes good, as you'd expect from a BK. My one issue is just the conditions in the back. I know this due to having delivered there in the past, and it has made me slightly sceptical. I still eat there regularly, but just something to...

Stopped by to get a quick bite from the drive through. Took 20 min to get the order... Missed the meeting. Seems they are quite understaffed. Burger tasted the same as always; it's food, bit tasteless, not too dry but...
