Pieno offers a beautifully modern and clean atmosphere, with a friendly and accommodating staff who quickly arranged a larger table upon request. The space itself feels fresh, with well-maintained facilities, including spotless restrooms. The service is attentive, and the staff were helpful in informing about potential gluten cross-contamination in their dishes.

However, the food fell short of expectations this time. The pizza, while having a great crust with satisfying texture and flavor, suffered from a bitter-tasting sauce and inconsistently placed toppings that made the flavor feel unbalanced. Additionally, the pizza was greasy, which detracted from the overall experience. The snack plate, while featuring quality bread, had dry meat that didn’t taste fresh and was priced unexpectedly higher than the pizza, which felt unusual.

A good italian style pizza where sauce/ cheese/ toppings are well balanced. Service is sadly pretty bad. Last time we visited our orders took almost an hour almost no other guests in the restaurant, which says alot as they have many tables available. Server was not very friendly but we got a discount from the manager after complaining. Ordered takeaway this time but they fail to deliver to the agreed upon time. Pieno Pizza i Larvik byr på god pizza, men dessverre er servicen noe som trekker ned helhetsopplevelsen. Maten i seg selv er smakfull og veltilberedt, noe som viser at kjøkkenet har solid kompetanse og bruker gode ingredienser.

Imidlertid bærer servicen sterkt preg av unge og umodne servitører. Oppfølgingen er treg, og det er tydelig at servitørene ofte er mer opptatt av mobiltelefonene sine og prating med hverandre enn av kundene. Dette mangel på fokus på kundene fører til en skuffende opplevelse, spesielt når man forventer å få god oppmerksomhet og rask service.
